We are a small size trading and quality control company for European and USA market, now we are sincerely invite a talent to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Handling purchase orders with suppliers
Maintain and update order-processing system
Follow up production schedule to ensure on-time delivery
Prepare invoices and related documents to suppliers and clients
Take part in sourcing project including searching of new suppliers and verify certifications
Provide ad hoc support to the team
Requirements:
Form 5 or above
3 years merchandising experience in indoor/outdoor furniture, ceramic & sundry is definitely advantage
Hardworking, proactive, able to work independently
Excellent communication skill with all levels in working with customers, staff and vendors
Good knowledge in product development
Strong command of spoken & written English & Mandarin
Occasionally to travel
Familiar with MS Office operation (Excel, Word, VLOOKUP etc)
Immediate available is preferred
