DRIVE SALES, TAKE OPPORTUNITIES, DEVELOP TEAMS 


We are looking for a Customer Care Representative, based in Hong Kong, to join the company and work with our Customer Care team. If you’re ambitious and desire to succeed in a fast-paced, exciting environment then that’ll help too! 
 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Efficiently manage customer inquiries, requests, and complaints across all touchpoints, including hotline, email, and instant messaging on various platforms (including LUSH official website, Tmall Global Store, JD Global Store, LINE, and any potential new platforms)
  • Support the comprehensive operation of our digital sales platforms, including order processing, troubleshooting system issues, after-sales support, and related tasks
  • Provide professional product consultations, recommending optimal solutions to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e-commerce, retail, warehouse, product, etc) to achieve customer service excellence in alignment with company standards
  • Actively collect customer feedback, share insightful ideas and findings with the team to enhance operational efficiency
  • Stay informed about industry trends and operational standards across digital platforms, ensuring that standard operating procedures (SOPs) and external communications are current
  • Maintain and update all customer service-related documentation for internal tracking and reference
  • Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned to meet operational requirements

 

To be successful in this role, you will be expected to have the following attributes

  • Higher Diploma or above, with at least 1 year of customer service experience 
  • Be proactive and positive. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel & Word), must be a fast-Chinese typist

 

Working Hours and Location:

  • 5-day work week. Shift duties required, including day shift (9-6), night shift (12-9), weekends and public holidays. Special working hours will be required during peak seasons according to business needs. 
  • Primary working location at Lai Chi Kok office. According to business needs, working at different locations occasionally would be required.
