Understanding of domain, users, competitors, and trends: Gain a deep understanding of the domain, users, competitors, and industry trends. Utilize this knowledge to inform product decisions and drive innovation.
Partner with Compliance teams: Collaborate with Compliance teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met, incorporating considerations into the product development process.
Requirements
Degree holder or above in IT, Computer Science, Info Management, etc
Min. 15 years of work experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of Research business processes, systems and IT solutions.
Previous experience in financial services is advantageous.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex data and processes clearly, incorporating analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Familiarity with data governance, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
