Job Description:

• Manage relationships with vendors for effective solution design and execution.
• Collaborate with business users and tech teams to ensure successful system implementation, testing, and documentation.
• Develop prototypes to illustrate business concepts and contribute to new project initiatives.
• Evaluate and assess new solutions and products through technical analysis.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members and occasionally offer system support outside regular hours.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with at least 7 years of software development experience and strong project management skills.
• Proficient in technologies such as Next.js, React, Python, Java, .NET, and familiar with Linux, Docker, and various databases like PL/SQL and MongoDB.
• Solid understanding of Generative AI concepts, including Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and vector databases.
• Experience with development tools such as VSCode, Jupyter Notebook, and Ubuntu Linux; knowledge of graph database modeling with Neo4j is a plus.
• Excellent project management and communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to handle requirements gathering, design, and implementation with minimal oversight.

Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
