Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a creative and profitable beverage program
• Source and maintain relationships with suppliers
• Create seasonal and innovative cocktail menus
• Train and educate staff on beverage offerings
• Manage inventory and control costs effectively
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience or similar role in a high-end restaurant, bar, or hospitality venue. 
• Deep knowledge of mixology, wine, craft beer, and spirits, with a passion for creating innovative and unique drink offerings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A strong network of contacts within the beverage industry, including suppliersand distributors.
• Certification in mixology or related field is a plus
