Our client, a leading company in the Insurance industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join their Change Management Department as an Test Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and effectively manage the testing team in a leadership capacity.
• Supervise a diverse group of testers located in Hong Kong, the Philippines, and India, etc.
• Assess how the testing teams integrate within the organization and strategize to meet project and organizational roadmaps.
• Calculate the effort needed for testing by estimating the size of the release and planning accordingly.
• Execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and non-functional testing.
• Create and maintain testing-related documentation, including test plans and results.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years related experience in testing, with prior background in financial service industry
• Experience on drafting test plan, creating test script
• Good communication skill 
• Proficient in written and spoken English. Spoken Cantonese is a MUST
