We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager or Technical Program Manager with a strong understanding of the science of trading, specifically in spot, derivatives, and options. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of relevant experience, preferably from a crypto exchange. This role requires exceptional people skills and stakeholder management abilities to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with traders and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Utilise Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies to manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
• Oversee large-scale projects, focusing on architecture and infrastructure improvements.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and key milestones.
• Mentor and support team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in project or program management, ideally within a trading or financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of trading concepts, including spot, derivatives, and options; experience in crypto trading is a plus.
• Proven experience with Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Familiarity with large-scale project management, architecture, and infrastructure.
• Proficient in using Jira and Confluence for project management.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, PSM, or ACP are strongly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a crypto exchange or blockchain-related environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive data-informed decision-making.
