We are seeking a passionate and experienced Food Service Key Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our key clients in the fine dining sector.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of strategic clients in the fine dining - food service sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager in the food service industry.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality management, or a related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in either French / Italian / Spanish are preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
