Responsibilities:

The Program Officer with JA HK will be responsible for the quality delivery of JA programs which includes the following responsibilities:

• Enroll support from schools and recruit students
• Coordinate with teachers and volunteers
• Manage and administer the program
• Prepare program materials and facilitate program activities and workshops
• Consolidate records and reports

Requirements:

• University or equivalent education
• Min 2 years of program management experience (Candidates with less experience will be considered as Program Officer)
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese) – both written & oral
• Detail-oriented with good organisation skills
• A team player with good interpersonal, problem solving, and project management skills
• Willing to work on Saturdays for program events (with compensatory leave)
