Our client, a US listed technology company is now seeking for a candidate for the below position:
Responsibilities:
Handle daily sales enquiries and complaints from existing customers by phone call, email and live chat.
Follow sales orders, organize and enter data in system.
Coordinate with different departments to provide after-sales services.
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above.
At least 1 year of experience in sales and service support.
Fluent in Cantonese and English, Putonghua is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office especially MS Excel.
Fresh degree graduate with excellent computer skill will be also considered.
