Job Duties:

• Perform general accounting duties, full set of books and handle financial reporting in compliance with company policy
• Manage accounts receivables/payables, expense claims and invoices and follow up on outstanding balances
• Assist in month-end closing and management reporting, including preparing journal entries and supporting schedules
• Performing account reconciliations and identifying errors or discrepancies

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Ability to work independently and with initiative to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems preferred
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
