What you'll be doing

Greet and assist customers in selecting the right coffee capsules and machines to meet their needs

Demonstrate the features and functionality of our coffee machines to customers

Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately

Maintain store presentation and merchandise displays to the highest standard

Actively participate in product training to enhance your coffee expertise

Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, ideally in the coffee or specialty food/beverage industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers

Passion for premium coffee products and a desire to learn about the industry

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

Flexibility to work part-time shifts, including weekends and public holidays
