Responsibilities

• Promote funding and educational packages to schools and booksellers
• Build and maintain strong relationship and strike sales from school
• Handle enquiries and participate in sales and marketing events
• Deliver the sales target through customer retention and actively look for upselling
• Record customer and market related data and activities on a regular and timely basis

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor degree holder
• 1-5 years of experience in customer services, project funding, sales or a related field
• Experience in government funding schemes or sales experience in educational publishing field is an advantage
• Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Aggressive, initiative and ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin
