My client is looking to hire an additional Admin Officer to help out in the fast growing business within Hong Kong. This individual will be reporting directly to the Operations Director in Hong Kong and support the administrative function.

工作内容

  • Provide a wide range of administrative support, including managing courier services, procurement, regularly stocking pantry and office supplies, maintaining office facilities, organizing document storage, coordinating repairs, handling access control systems, and overseeing any office renovations.
  • Handle travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation for staff and visitors when required.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly office environment, ensuring all areas are well-kept.
  • Plan and coordinate company events and activities.
  • Oversee vendor and supplier relationships, which involves sourcing options, negotiating pricing, and arranging contracts.
  • Conduct clerical tasks and manage documentation to support daily business operations.
  • Create payment vouchers and enter invoices into the accounting system.
  • Execute any other miscellaneous tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

理想的求职者

  • Higher diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • 2 + years of experience in comprehensive office administration roles.
  • Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, self-driven, well-organized, and a strong team player.
  • Skilled in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and capable of writing in Chinese.
  • Immediate availability would be preferred.
