Who we are looking for?

What will you do?
Report to the Director of Finance or any other authorized by the management, you are to ascertain that all daily revenues and statistics from Hotel and Food & Beverage are received and properly recorded.
- Prepare and distribute Daily Revenue Reports, and create and post the Income Journal to the General Ledger.
- Audit daily revenue summaries for Rooms, Food & Beverage, and other departmental revenues, ensuring accurate recording and settlement.
- Reconcile credit card transactions and investigate discrepancies, while maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
- Review and verify revenue adjustments, paid-outs, and allowance vouchers for proper approval and documentation.
- Conduct regular audits of guest accounts, housekeeping discrepancies, and Food & Beverage outlet checks to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Assist with monthly financial reports, special projects, and undertake cross-training for career development and coverage during absences.
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of PC and office application software
- Relevent education certificates in Business, Hospitality, or a related field
- 1- 2 years of working experience in the hospitality industry, ideally within an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel.
- Well-organized, details minded and strong administrative skills
- Good command of verbal and written communication skills in English & Chinese, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
