Senior Officer, Technical
This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in airport Geographic Information System (GIS) project development
- Organize data for multiple sources for airport GIS applications
- Produce geospatial maps for airport GIS applications
- Upkeep airport GIS data and applications
- Provide internal staff training and support on GIS services
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate or above in Land Surveying & Geomatics / Geographic Information System (GIS) / Geomatics / Geography or other related disciplines with at least 8 years’ relevant working experience in GIS applications.Degree holder with minimum of 4 years’ relevant working experience will also be considered
- Knowledge in BIM, CAD or GIS software is an advantage
- Proactive, service-oriented and able to work independently
- Good interpersonal, organizing and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
- Holder of a valid HK driving license (Class 1, 2) is preferred
