Job Responsibilities

  • Consulting and managing technical End-To-End project implementation for SAP SuccessFactors HCM's modules/ HR system projects;
  • Leading a cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met;
  • Oversee the management of intricate multi-system HR work-flow transformations for strategic clients. This role encompasses the entire process from planning and design to build, configuration, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT); Programs will include SAP SuccessFactors OR Workforce Software;
  • You will work with Software Engineer team members to ensure all project requirements, deadlines, schedules, and costs are managed effectively and efficiently;
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle;
  • Interacting with clients to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Utilizing Success Factor tools to optimize project management processes.
  • Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as needed;
  • Reporting on project outcomes and providing recommendations for improvements.
  • Manage client and stakeholder's expectation and communication well at all steps within the project;

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science OR related disciplines;
  • AT LEAST 7+ years of experience in a Project Implementation Manager role for a large-scale and complex SuccessFactors HR system implementation within "Consulting/ Solutions House OR Vendors";
  • Strong experience in managing the implementation of HR software is required, preferably in SAP SuccessFactors;
  • Experience in all aspects of SuccessFactors HCM implementation such as requirements collections, gap analysis, functional design development, UAT, training and deployment;
  • Experience in a client facing role;
  • SAP Certification in SuccessFactors Modules is a big plus
