• Degree in Business Administration, Textile / Garment or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in garment manufacturing area and in managerial level
• Overseeing factory operation, management of production and administration
• Familiar with production of denim and woven items
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
• Well organized with attention to detail. Highly capable of working effectively and independently with multiple timelines
• Capable of addressing challenges and offering solutions/alternatives with flexibility and an open-mind
• Good command of English and Cantonese/Mandarin 
• Station in South East Asia
