Act on all decisions, departmental meetings, programs and schedules
Be responsible for controlling of Housekeeping / Laundry Keys, Lost and Found
Ensure good interdepartmental communication between Housekeeping and other departments
Follows-up on, guest comments / complaints, out of order rooms and any discrepancies appearing in the Hotel Computer system
Requirements
Diploma or above in Hotel Management or related discipline
Courteous, service-oriented with pleasant personality
Strong communications and interpersonal skills
Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
