HR Clerk / HR Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Handle monthly payroll calculation, attendance and leave management
  • Update and maintain HRIS database integrity
  • Assist in recruitment process
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 1 year’s relevant working experience preferably with background in retail or services industry is a plus
  • With multi-tasking capability, self-motivated, well-organized, detail-minded, team player with good initiative
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel (Privot Table, VLookup, etc) and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome
  • Immediately available is preferred
