about the role
On behalf of a reputable institution, we are currently looking for construction leader/ training leader to join and lead strategic training modules and programs. This leadership role encompasses strategic planning and daily operations of a campus. You will develop learning opportunities for various learners, from school graduates to industry professionals.
The role requires overseeing campus operations and P&L (profit & loss), leading programme development to align with industry and QF standards, and liaising with stakeholders to promote the brand.
Additionally, you will build partnerships with professional bodies and other institutions to build a intact network to stay tuned with the latest industry trends.
