Key Responsibilities

1. Manage social media accounts and contribute to content creation.

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and support.

3. Respond to customer inquiries and provide software demonstration

4. Support the sales team with administrative tasks

5. Help coordinate events, promotions, and product launches.

6. Prepare and conduct product training

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, multimedia, or a related field preferred.

2. Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.

3. Previous experience in sales or customer support is an advantage.

4. Familiarity with video editing and design software (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop) is a plus.

5. Independent, flexible, eager to learn, and detail-oriented.

6. Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $18,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
