Develop realistic and consistent product marketing strategies and action plans in line with corporate vision and strategies, leverage the opportunities while mitigate the risk for market penetration to increase market share, that align with business goals
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.
Develop promotion materials, organize scientific and education meetings, initiate and carry out different marketing campaigns, liaise with business partners and KOLs management in order to translate key product strategies into daily practice to maximize market penetration
Monitor key event progress and revise resource allocation according to changing market dynamic, and monitor monthly budget spending in order to timely evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the investment
Collaborate within the organization, including the sales force and cross functional product team, to ensure the achievement of Product objectives and strategies.
Responsible for patient access process, from proposal to execution, to ensure successful workflow in hospital listing
Provide training and coaching to sales force to ensure the capability of delivering product key messages.
Experience in new product launch is an advantage
Qualifications:
University graduate in life science, marketing, or a related field
3+ years solid product management experience in pharmaceutical industry, experience in Oncology therapeutic area is preferred
Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Customer focus to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain good relationship
Mature, self-motivated and enthusiastic with a passion to overcome challenges
Highly committed and act with high level of ethics and compliance
Fluent in spoken/written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
Good command of software skills for graphic design as well as video/audio edition is a plus
