They are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager with a strong trading background to oversee and drive the successful execution of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management within the trading space.

The role:

• Lead and manage technical projects related to cryptocurrency trading, from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, compliance, and operations, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure timely delivery of all project milestones.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on deliverables and timelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to senior management and making adjustments as necessary.
• Facilitate agile project management processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to ensure efficient workflow and continuous improvement.
• Ensure the implementation of best practices in project management and adherence to compliance regulations within the cryptocurrency trading environment.

What you offer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management within a technology-driven environment, with a focus on trading or financial services, preferably in the cryptocurrency sector.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency trading platforms would be ideal.
• Proven experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and software development cycles.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
