Job Description 工作職責:

• Preparation of ingredients and baked good production
• 協助蛋糕或其他甜品製作
• Responsible the day-to-day operation
• 負責餅房日常營運
• Keep the environment, utensils and machines clean and tidy
• 保持工作環境、用具及機器整潔
• Ensure the quality of product is match with Company's standard
• 確保所有產品的質素合乎公司標準
• Independent, eager to learn, good team player with strong communication skills 
• 獨立、好學、善於團隊合作及良好溝通能力
• Able to work early morning shift and night shift, weekends and holidays
• 可早晚班工作及於週末和公眾假期工作

Experience & Qualifications 要求:

• Minimum 2-3 years experience is a reputable dessert/bakery institution
• 2-3年或以上相關經驗
• Certificate of vocational training schools or equivalent a plus
• 持有職業訓練學校證書或同等學歷優先
• Have knowledge in vegan baking (is preferred)
• 對純素食材有基本認知 （沒有者亦會被考慮)
• Fluent in Cantonese; Fair in English
• 操流利廣東話，良好英語及普通話
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• 可即時上班優先
