Our client is a market leader within the Consumer Goods industry with a range of classic products within the portfolio with a proud heritage in their respective space. A need has arisen to recruit a seasoned Compensation and Benefits Manager to join the team with regional exposure.


Main responsibilities include:

  • Drive C&B programs & initiatives through regular evaluating & analyzing to ensure our total remuneration package (fixed & variable pay, benefits components, etc.) is competitive in the market.
  • Keep abreast of market development on C&B aspects and work with both internal and external parties to compile studies, benchmark, survey and analysis to ensure current C&B programs and policies are competitive and equitable.
  • Implement global C&B strategy and programs including salary management, benefit policy & variable pay plan.
  • Manage annual HR initiatives / processes such as annual salary review, annual budgeting and other reward related activities
  • Work with local HR to review & develop C&B Programs that align with the Company’s rewards philosophy and country’s legislative requirement
  • Perform job evaluation & constantly review salary structure
  • Regularly review and maintain Employee Handbooks and Work Rule
  • Manage executive level total rewards package, salary proposal and administration
  • Lead the annual renewal of benefit provision
  • Manage the provision of timely and accurate monthly HR reports and other ad hoc reports as required by the Management
  • Support Corporate initiatives implementation
  • Take care of ad hoc projects as assigned


To qualify, you should be a degree holder with a minimum of 10 years experience in the C&B field gained from fast moving industry. You should be well versed with working in a matrix environment with regional exposure as a must. Prior C&B project experience is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are expected with full fluency in English and Chinese.
