Job description
- Provide helpdesk support for hardware & software, computer installation & setup, Email setup & support for computer or mobile device, basic printer setup & support
- Provide first-tier networking support, equipment health check & setup, basic telephone system support
- Respond promptly to user requests and resolve issues via phone or in-person within the company
- Handle daily technical supports and maintenance, such as back up and network security
- Maintain local office infrastructure, including cabling, access control, surveillance, and audio-visual equipment
- Assist in IT internal project(s), maintenance according to Global IT teams’ direction
- Contact hardware vendors for equipment purchase, maintenance, and support
- Coordinate with Global IT teams to support project implementation and troubleshooting
- Complete related administrative paperwork and reports as necessary
- Maintain IT asset and software licensing inventory and IT knowledge base
Requirements
- Higher diploma or above in Computer Science or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in helpdesk support, with expertise in troubleshooting office equipment and software and MNC work experience is highly preferred
- Good knowledge of computer networks and network device configuration, including desktop, Windows OS, O365, AD, VPN, firewall, conference solutions, etc
- Proactive and able to complete tasks assigned by the project team
- Positive, "can-do" attitude, self-starter with strong organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in English and Chinese
