Job Description
Handle facultative reinsurance documentation, including preparation of quotation slip, bordereaux and cover note, manage files and records
Support the new and renewals business processes, management of clients’ records and placing business
Establish good relationship with reinsurers to obtain competitive terms to secure business and provide pragmatic reinsurance advice to customers
Deliver quality customer service
Monitor and review premium collection, payment and credit control
Assist in manages queries from clients
J ob Requirements
Degree holder or equivalent
3 years or more working experience
Knowledge in reinsurance will be an advantage
Detailed oriented, organized with proficiency in using computers
Able to handle multi-tasks independently and work under strictly tight deadlines and workload pressure
Proficient command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
Immediately availability is preferred
