We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Communications Manager to lead marketing communications for a Hospitality Group. The successful candidate will develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communications strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance brand presence. This role involves collaborating with various business units to achieve revenue targets through innovative marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Initiate, formulate, and drive marketing and communications strategies to support business units in achieving revenue and growth objectives.
Campaign Execution: Develop and execute online and offline marketing and public relations campaigns for ongoing brand building and tactical room and F&B promotions.
Customer Relationship Management: Design and implement effective customer relationship management programs to analyse and track results across different business units.
Collaboration and Partnerships: Work with external companies to organize promotions and events that align with the company's brand standards.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all advertising and creative materials meet the company's standards and are of high quality.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications-related subjects.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years in Marketing or Public Relations, with at least 2 years as a manager, preferably in the service or hospitality industry.
Networking Skills: Strong networking and relationship skills with the media.
Creativity and Organization: Must be creative, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
Leadership Skills: Tactful and strong leadership skills.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
