Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in life science, business administration, marketing or related discipline;
Advanced Marketing or Business qualification is desirable;
Fluency in both written & spoken English in Chinese;
Minimum 7 years’ of relevant commercial experience within marketing and sales in pharmaceutical industry;
Experience within direct to customer (DTC), consumer health, private market, pharmacies or FMCG would be an advantage;
Agile mindset to develop new strategies for business grow and to advocate innovative ideas from concept to delivery;
Demonstrates winning culture & adaptability to work in a fast-pacing, dynamic working environment and meeting tight deadlines;
Exceptional communicational and interpersonal skills are required;
Strong networking skills to create win - win solutions with solid negotiation tactics.
