Preparing “Reminder letter” to tenants
Performs general property management and clerical duties.
Other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
Assisted in residents'' inquiries and complaints at the front desk.
Requirements
Complete secondary education or above;
Service-oriented and preferably with customer service experience;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Chinese word processing;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Sensitive to figures; Experience in “Shroff” duties is preferred but not a MUST.
No experience will be also considered.
