主要職責

  • 提供優質的客戶服務、於多個平台解答及處理客戶查詢(包括但不限於 WhatsApp 和電話)
  • 及時專業處理日常客戶詢問、投訴和安排預約
  • 致電患者跟進情況,並跟進客戶回饋,確保滿意度
  • 與內部相關部門聯繫以解決並跟進客戶查詢
  • 保持優質的客戶服務意識並與客戶建立良好的關係
  • 協助支援指派的臨時工作

職位要求

  • HKCEE / HKDSE / 文憑 / 高級文憑或以上學歷
  • 至少1年客戶服務相關的工作經驗
  • 具有基本電腦操作知識 (MS Excel, PowerPoint and Words)及懂中英文打字
  • 良好的人際交往能力,具備團隊合作精神,能獨立工作及解決問題
  • 良好的英語、廣東話及普通話口語溝通能力
  • 需每個星期六長短週工作; 星期日及公眾假期休息

Job Duties

  • Handle bookings and general enquiries through multiple platforms, including but not limited to WhatsApp and phone calls;
  • Address daily customer inquiries, complaints and appointment booking in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Provide after-consultation service to patients and follow up on customer feedback to ensure satisfaction.
  • Work closely with online customer team to fulfil customer's request
  • Liaise with internal parties to resolve inquiries and follow-up with customers
  • Maintain a strong customer service orientation and build good relationships with customers.
  • Provide support on ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements

  • HKCEE / HKDSE /Diploma/ Higher Diploma or above;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service-related role, work experience in medical facility is a plus;
  • Candidate with experience in other fields / industries will also be considered;
  • Proficiency in PC applications including Chinese word-processing is a must;
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua is an advantage;
  • Customer service-oriented attitude and good communication skills;
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player, able to work independently;
  • Immediately available is preferred
