Our client is one of biggest companies. Due to a computerization project has been kicked off recently, they would like to invite IT talents to join their teams

Your Role

• Prepare feasibility studies on various terminal operational technology / terminal operating system improvement projects
• Work closely with users in the Company to collect and translate user needs to clear business requirements through identifying key potential improvement areas hindering operations / recommend solutions based upon user’s feedback, data analysis, operation audit and management directions that deliver improvement
• Liaise with development team on resources allocation and scheduling of tasks through formulate project plans to fit the business needs
• Facilitate on-site testing and training to ensure the timely delivery of solutions in terms of people and technical readiness
• Provide on-site implementation and post-implementation supports, and facilitate on-going enhancements
• Responsible for exploring and developing new business intelligence (BI), analytical tools and methodologies to provide business insight to management

Your Profile

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Management, Operations Research or other related disciplines, ideally studying in Industrial Eng.).
• Proficient in MS Office Suite with knowledge of MS Project, SQL or agile tools like JIRA is a plus
• Highly customer-focused and self-motivated with excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills
• Able to work independently under pressure and tight schedule
• Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for an entry position
