The challenge is to:

• Be part of the Central Operations Team to provide daily support to frontline team members
• Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for store support issues.
• Liaise with various partners to clarify and streamline workflows.
• Perform data entry and assist in preparing reports and presentation materials.
• Support ad hoc projects as needed.

Do you have experience in Retail Industry / FMCG?

• Form 5 or above.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the retail sector.
• Willingness to learn with a proactive and organized attitude.
• Strong sense of responsibility; good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
