• Diploma or above
• 8 years in PMC / Production Planning in consumer Electronic in trading, factory
• Partner with product and merchandising team on procurement plan setting to optimize delivery schedule and minimize inventory.  
• Vendor performance review and production volume allocation
• Sales order management for Australian, US domestic and worldwide markets.
• Direct communicate with factories to monitor on time delivery.
• Forecasting and production capacity alignment.
• Level loading or pull in production to maximize annual production output for seasonal demand
• Make production consolidation plan to meet MOQ.
• Organizing economic run to reduce inventory level.
• 3 stays in China 
• Work with product team on development progress checking to ensure it align with order placement and production timeline.
