We’re looking for a detail-oriented team player to assist our Sales Manager in preparing tender documents and coordinating project sales for laboratory suppliers (fume hoods, lab furniture). This role is ideal for candidates eager to learn procurement, sales support, and project coordination in a niche industry. Full training provided!
Assist in drafting tender documents (e.g., BOQs, cost estimates, compliance checklists).
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to gather quotes, specs, and project timelines.
Maintain tender files, update sales databases, and track submission deadlines.
Support client communications (email/phone) and prepare post-tender reports.
Learn industry standards (e.g., lab safety, procurement processes) on the job.
Diploma or degree in Business, Administration, Engineering, or related fields (fresh graduates welcome!).
Basic Excel/Word skills; no prior tender experience required.
Organized, proactive, and eager to grow into a procurement/sales role.
Good English and Cantonese communication skills.
Stable role in a specialized industry (lab/construction).
