We are looking for an experienced and innovative Lead Fiat and Digital Currency Trading Strategist to join our dynamic team, this pivotal role offers the flexibility to be based in either Dubai (with relocation assistance provided) or Hong Kong, where citizenship or permanent residency is required.

Responsabilities

• Develop and execute trading strategies for both fiat and digital currency pairs, with a focus on hedging strategies to minimize risk and enhance profitability.
• Design and optimize digital currency quoting strategies, ensuring competitive pricing, efficient execution, and seamless integration with broader trading objectives.
• Design effective hedging and funding routes for diverse fiat currency pairs, balancing optimal pricing, liquidity, and risk exposure.
• Stay constantly tuned into market trends, macroeconomic shifts, regulatory developments, and geopolitical factors that influence both fiat and digital markets, ensuring strategies remain ahead of the curve.
• Partner with internal teams to assess real-time market conditions, identify opportunities, and execute trades in a timely, accurate manner.
• Foster strong working relationships with external stakeholders and liquidity providers, ensuring smooth communication and operational efficiency.
• Communicate effectively across Chinese and English-speaking teams and partners, ensuring clarity in all strategic discussions, reporting, and external engagements.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or higher) in a related field.
• Proven 6-8 years of hands-on experience in trading, hedging, and strategy development, ideally within both forex and digital asset markets.
• Sharp risk awareness with the ability to quickly identify, assess, and mitigate risks in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, enabling smooth collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Proactive mindset with a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
