This vacancy will be responsible for providing a wide range of HR support to EVISU Group.
We are now inviting a creative, self-motivated, energetic and professional HR talent to join us.
This role will support on all aspects of HR across the APAC regions. including but not limited to:
Manage the operations of payroll calculation, pension administration and tax arrangement, etc.
Handle onboarding and offboarding including but not limited to contract preparation, new joiner orientation, final payment calculation, exit interview
Support recruitment cycle from JD creation, job posting, selection, conducting interview, offer proposal, offer negotiation to offer extension
Assist in formulating and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure that they are aligned with local legislation requirements & business direction
Foster employee communications, organization of company functions and employee relations activities
Support HR transformation projects and any ad-hoc assignments
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
Ideally 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably experience or interest in retail industry
Experience supporting APAC countries is an advantage
Ability and willingness to learn and adapt
Detail-minded with strong sense of accuracy & responsibility
Proficiency in MS Office
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
