JOB OVERVIEW:

This vacancy will be responsible for providing a wide range of HR support to EVISU Group.

We are now inviting a creative, self-motivated, energetic and professional HR talent to join us.

This role will support on all aspects of HR across the APAC regions. including but not limited to:


  • Manage the operations of payroll calculation, pension administration and tax arrangement, etc.
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding including but not limited to contract preparation, new joiner orientation, final payment calculation, exit interview
  • Support recruitment cycle from JD creation, job posting, selection, conducting interview, offer proposal, offer negotiation to offer extension
  • Assist in formulating and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure that they are aligned with local legislation requirements & business direction
  • Foster employee communications, organization of company functions and employee relations activities
  • Support HR transformation projects and any ad-hoc assignments


JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Ideally 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably experience or interest in retail industry
  • Experience supporting APAC countries is an advantage
  • Ability and willingness to learn and adapt
  • Detail-minded with strong sense of accuracy & responsibility
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
