A reputable local-based brokerage firm is looking for a seasoned EB professional to lead and expand its portfolio, report directly to the CE.

Your new role

• Promote Group Life and Medical products (employee benefits) to corporate clients, company agencies, or direct channels.
• Leading a team of 4;
• Manage relationships with producers (brokers/agents).
• Handle daily quotation processes for Group Life and Medical products with established channels.
• Provide quality services to partners to deepen market penetration and achieve new sales growth.
• Participate in related marketing ad-hoc projects or activities, including events and product developments.

What you'll need to succeed

• University degree or higher, preferably in Business Management, Marketing, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in insurance product sales; candidates with less experience will be considered for AM grade.
• Valid IIQE Papers 1, 2, and 3 are required.
• Experience dealing with brokers and agents in Employee Benefits is an advantage.
• Result-oriented, self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently.
• Native Cantonese speaker with fluency in English and Mandarin.
