Agile Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Agile - Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analysing business requirements, breaking down complex needs into actionable user stories, and ensuring seamless communication between technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements; break down complex needs into user stories; maintain and prioritize the product backlog; and write clear acceptance criteria
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, facilitating workshops, presenting solutions, and documenting decisions to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Actively participate in sprint planning, daily standups, story refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to drive agile delivery and continuous improvement.
• Create functional specifications, process flows, and system documentation; analyse data to support decision-making and ensure solutions align with business needs.
• Collaborate with the QA team to review user stories, define test scenarios, verify solutions meet requirements, and support UAT activities.

Experience Required

• Current or recent experience as a Business Analyst for a consulting or financial services company (Retail or luxury will also be considered)
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe) and participation in sprint activities.
• Proven experience in requirements management, including gathering, analysing, and documenting business needs.
• Experience creating functional specifications, process flows, and system documentation.
• Technical background with an understanding of information systems, data, and integrations.
• Salesforce experience is highly valued.
