We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Agency Training Manager to lead the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs for our insurance agency workforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background front line experience in insurance or financial services industry with solid insurance product knowledge. Responsibilities:
Training Program Development: Design, implement, and continuously refine training programs to enhance agency performance, focusing on IIQE, CDP, product knowledge, compliance, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
Training Delivery: Deliver high-quality training sessions, ensuring all programs are engaging and effective.
Evaluation and Feedback: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, providing actionable feedback for improvement.
Project Management: Assist training related projects such as UAT testing, draft user requirements etc
Communication: Facilitate communication between departments and training providers to ensure seamless execution of training initiatives.
Compliance: Ensure all training activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in related field
Solid front line or business development experience in insurance & financial services
Good communications skills and able to design and deliver training course
Proficiency in English and Cantonese
