Partnering with a Top-Tier Insurer, we are seeking a Lead Project Manager (Claims Transformation) on a 1-Year Contract (Extend/Perm ) for a Multi-Year Programme to oversee and deliver the Claims Transformation Solutions.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery for Claims Transformation Project, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, underwriting, and operations, to design and implement innovative claims solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
• Provide regular project updates and highlight any potential risks that may affect project delivery.
• Manage change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

• Extensive end-to-end project management/ delivery within Insurance Industry , and ability to be involved in strategy when needed
• Proven experience in delivering Claims and Agent Solutions, with strong understanding of streamlining operations and processes.
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese
