Miraculous Corp. is looking for a Consumer Products Director for Asia.
This position is based in either Singapore or Hong Kong.

In 2025 Miraculous is celebrating its 10th Birthday! Launched in 2015 as an original animated series from Zag Entertainment, Miraculous Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir is watched and loved by tens of millions of fans all over the world. In 2024, owners Mediawan and Zag Entertainment created Miraculous Corp, a company dedicated to building this hugely popular show into a franchise universe of teen superheroes.
Miraculous Corp has 175+ employees around the world, with offices in Paris, London, Miami, and Los Angeles, and team members in Mexico City, Sao Paolo, Madrid and Dubai.
As Director of Consumer Products – ASIA you will be the ambassador for Miraculous Corp commercial activities throughout the territory, overseeing the development of our Asia consumer products business andensuring local partners, agents, and market specific licensing programs are in-line with global overarching brand strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to Global Head of Consumer Products (based in Los Angeles) and working in conjunction the wider global licensing and marketing teams to create a coordinated market strategy across the key functions:
- Partner management & leadership
- Commercial brand management
- Asia Business development
- Retail sales & marketing
- Financial & business planning
- Delivering financial & market analysis to senior management, in addition to informing local policy and strategy formulation:
- Develop and implement commercially led product, merchandising and retail marketing plans to align with growth objectives
- Set team objectives and priorities to ensure financial success in the region
- Ensure & maintain accountability for accurate quarterly category and country forecasts
- Monitor regional financial progress and adapt approach accordingly
- Plan, develop, and implement key regional CP strategies across core categories, licensed promotional partnerships & retail marketing efforts within designated territories:
- Deliver 3-year growth regional plan - both qualitative and quantitative across the market
- Drive on-going sales, to hit revenue targets and increase brand awareness.
- Identify & evaluate new business opportunities / potential commercial partnership models
- Presentation of regular market brand reports, consumer insights
- Establish effective process & communication methods to achieve synergy
- Work closely with global Marketing teams to ensure complete coordination between brand & commercial messaging
- Work with key cross-functional partners to establish transparent and efficient processes
- Direct & review licensing agents in negotiating and securing brand partners and forging retail partnerships to directly develop and manage the licensing program.
- Maintain general knowledge of the retail landscape and monitor retails sales performance of key licensees and programs
- Build strong team-oriented relationships with business partners that result in new business and/or cross-promotional opportunities
- Support Senior management by informing on local policy and cultural strategy formulation.
Key Requirements

This role requires proven field expertise to maintain & maximize the core business. In addition to exploiting revenue streams, new market opportunities & further establishing best practices. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressive experience in the licensed goods, promotional, retail, manufacturing or distribution industries. He/She will have 5+ years of significant international / regional experience contributing to a complex global consumer products or recreation business.
Skills
- Strong business development, and presentation skills - proven ability to achieve revenue goals in an entrepreneurial environment
- Management experience /strong leadership skills with the ability to rally as a remote team member and bring passion into the work
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with international clients and cross-cultural awareness.
- Comfortable working independently as a satellite office, reporting to a US based company and with offices in Los Angeles and Paris, setting daily priorities and proactively driving the business for Asia
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize and complete multiple priorities and assignments utilizing outstanding judgment, decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A highly developed skill at partnering with business clients at all levels and driving innovative ways of doing business
- Must be fluent in Mandarin & English (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Additional languages are advantageous, but not essential
- Computer literate with good Microsoft Office
