Content and Editorial Specialist- Capital Markets and Financial Communications Firm ( HONG KONG / NATIVE ENGLISH )

About the role

A leading global capital markets, investor relations and financial communications firm is currently seeking a talented Content and Editorial Specialist to join its team in Hong Kong. With a renowned reputation in strategic communications, this firm has a growing presence across APAC. Providing excellent career opportunities to work with large tier one firms across the region.

The ideal candidate should have experience within corporate / financial communications, marketing communications or digital / social media new editing and have established familarity across hot button issues in corporate and financial services and markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead content development across news-worthy content, thought leadership, and engagement strategies across a wide range of clients in technology, corporate, education and financial services.
• Advise on client projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables for social media and digital content
• Advise clients on brand story telling, narrative positioning and content strategy in a business or financial context
• Serve as the day to day contact on content and editorial strategy for some of the firm's biggest client across the region

About the Candidate

• University degree in journalism, corporate communications, marketing ect.
• Professional level English writing skills in across capital market issues, and the ability to navigate and comprehend quarterly and annual earnings reports.
• Minimum 5-6+ years of experience in communications, social media communications and content development, ideally with in a consulting setting
• Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation, and organisational skills
• Creative in nature, ideas driven
• Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to think and write creatively and strategically
• Proficiency in written and spoken ENGLISH
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative spirit
