We are seeking driven professionals to join our Private Equity/Venture Capital team:

*Private Equity/Venture Capital Analyst*

·  Strong research and due diligence skills

·  Excellent analytical abilities

·  Fluency in Mandarin and English

·  Background in Finance,Electrochemistry, New Energy (Hydrogen), Semiconductors, or Electronics (preferred but optional)

*Private Equity/Venture Capital Associate*

·  3–5 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, consulting, or investment banking

Proven track record in deal execution and portfolio management

·  Proficiency in financial modeling and risk analysis

Fluency in Mandarin and English

·  3+ years of Background in Electrochemistry, New Energy (Hydrogen),Semiconductors, or Electronics (preferred but optional)

*Private Equity/Venture Capital Vice President*

·  6+ years of experience in private equity or venture capital, including leadership roles

·  Expertise in mergers and acquisitions and deal structuring

·  Strong skills in financial strategy and investor relations

·  Fluency in Mandarin and English

·  6+ years of Background in Electrochemistry, New Energy (Hydrogen), AI, Blockchain/Cryptocurrency, Semiconductors, or Electronics (preferred but optional)
