Now we are searching for a relationship manager to work with partner banks and financial institutions.

Responsibilities:

Manage and nurture relationships with key banking clients and financial institutions.

Act as the main point of contact between the company and FI partners.

Provide strategic guidance to FI clients on available financial solutions.

Support KYC and compliance procedures.

Collaborate with sales teams to enhance client onboarding and satisfaction.

Use CRM tools to track and manage client interactions.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years experience in FI relationship management.

Understanding of KYC, due diligence, and banking compliance.

Experience managing high-value financial institution accounts.

Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus for some regions.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
