Our Mission and Values

Dragon Prep was founded in 2017 with the mission to support students seeking international education opportunities, whether at boarding schools or universities. What sets Dragon Prep apart from other education service providers is that we are committed to producing industry-leading results while maintaining strict academic integrity, to driving the improvement of our students while shielding them from the excesses of academic pressure, and to mentoring our students and encouraging them to broaden their perspectives as they encounter new and exciting learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (HK, US, or UK university preferred)
• Strong teaching and/or presentation skills
• Teaching experience (at least one year or 500 hours preferred)

Responsibilities

• Teaching in-person and online one-on-one and small group lessons
• Teaching mathematics, science, and/or SAT, SSAT, and ACT exams
• Designing learning plans based on student results
• Writing educational content including practice questions and articles

Remuneration & Benefits:

• $30,000-45,000 base salary (commensurate with qualifications)
• Monthly and Quarterly Performance Bonuses
• Private health insurance
• 5-day, 40-hour working week with Paid Holiday
