Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Private Equity Real Estate Associate/Analyst located in Beijing, China. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to analyzing investments, financial modeling, conducting due diligence, and working in the field of private equity real estate.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and Financial Modeling expertise
• Experience in Investments and Due Diligence
• Knowledge of Private Equity principles
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• CFA or MBA qualification is a plus
• QS 20 preferred
