Job Summary :

The eCommerce IT Support Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our online retail platforms. This position involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience on our eCommerce sites.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support for eCommerce platforms, resolving issues related to website performance, payment processing, and user experience.
• Monitor and maintain the functionality of the online store, ensuring uptime and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with developers and IT teams to implement system updates, enhancements, and integrations.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reported by customers and internal teams.
• Conduct regular testing and quality assurance to identify and rectify potential issues before they impact users.
• Document technical processes, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides for internal use and customer support.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in eCommerce and IT support.
• Participate in training sessions for staff on new eCommerce tools and technologies.
  
  
  

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, preferably in an eCommerce environment.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Taobao , Amazon,Tmall etc.).
• Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues related to websites, databases, and payment gateways.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic web development is a plus.
