Our client is an international financial institution. They are now looking for an AVP to join their general insurance team for corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and pursue new markets and business opportunities; contribute to business planning and development
• Maintain existing business and identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling
• Offer expert advice and risk management solutions to clients
• Build and nurture strong relationships with insurers to secure better terms and offers
• Deliver high-quality results and enhance the department’s operational efficiency
• Execute renewal procedures and documentation accurately and on time
• Track team progress and provide technical support and training as needed

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 – 10 years relevant experience in insurance industry, preferably in general insurance
• Certificated ACII/ ANZIIF/ FLMI; and passed in IIQE
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
